$BTC Indecisiveness

I have been following Cryptocurrencies closely for 4 years, but there are things happening in BTC that I have not seen before. While BTC is finding its place and acting stable, altcoins are starting to rise. Just as altcoins are moving to rise, BTC grabs them all and pulls them down. I think that this incident has nothing to do with supply and demand, and that a monetary power that does not want people to win is making BTC and altcoins play like puppets.
