A Montenegrin court on Friday revoked an order to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea, where he is wanted for his role in the multi-billion dollar collapse of Terra Inc. The Montenegrin Court of Appeal said in a statement that the case would be sent back to the "first instance court for retrial and decision."
