If it were me, I would divide that 10,000 BTC into 3 baskets. with a ratio of 10% 70% 20%
1. One basket will sell at least at the current price ~ 70K$BTC (10%)
2. A basket will stake or earn to earn long-term interest. (70%)
3. One basket will be invested (20%)
In which baskets 2 and 3 will be flexible for investment and accumulation, but the cumulative ratio of basket 2 will not be allowed to decrease to the limit of 50%.
