ChainCatcher reported that according to Jinshi, Nvidia (NVDA.O) released its first-quarter financial report after the US stock market closed on Wednesday, showing that its sales and profits exceeded expectations, and made a strong forecast for the second quarter.

The company's Q1 revenue in fiscal year 2025 was US$26 billion, a year-on-year increase of 262%; net profit was US$14.88 billion, a year-on-year increase of 628%; the second-quarter revenue was expected to be US$28 billion, and the market expected it to be US$26.61 billion. It announced a "1-for-10" stock split and increased quarterly dividends by 150%.

The company's chief financial officer, Colette Kress, said this was due to the shipments of Hopper GPUs, including the H100 GPU.
