In the statement made, the criteria in the applications to be made for the listings were also listed as follows:

- Projects from all sectors can apply.

- Small-medium-sized projects with much less market value compared to large projects within the sector may be included in the list.

- Most of the token distribution must be reserved for the community.

- Much less tokens should be reserved for non-community users.

- The technology or design of the project should be within the framework of innovation.

- The user base must be organic.
