While all the focus is on the #ETHETFS event, I would like to share a few things about #binance 's newly listed projects recently.
1) Buying cryptocurrency does not mean you will make 10% profit in the next few hours.
2) Buying as soon as the listing launches (#Launchpool or #Launchpad ) does not mean you will make money immediately. When you buy, someone sells to you... and when you sell, someone buys from you. Both sides think they are doing well and making a lot of money, think again.
3) Why do cryptocurrencies (from Launchpool or Launchpad) DECREASE in PRICE after they are listed? You must understand that these cryptocurrencies are in the hands of the users. That means there is supply (selling pressure) in the market. Of course, the seller wants to sell higher... but if no one is "buying" on it, the price will drop, finding buyers who want to buy the asset.
4) When does the price increase immediately after listing? The price of the asset increases until a seller appears to sell to a buyer. During the first few seconds of launch (when a new cryptocurrency is listed), no one sells because there is supposedly NO supply. Therefore, buyers who want to buy cannot find a seller at the price they want, so the price "increases".
