Research firm 10x offers a "covered strangle" strategy for Bitcoin investors. The strategy involves selling out-of-the-money (OTM) options to buy and sell Bitcoin while holding the cryptocurrency in the spot market. According to 10x, such a strategy could generate returns of 17%, in addition to the profits from holding Bitcoin in the spot market. However, the strategy requires a high risk tolerance, as risk increases below the level at which the put option is sold.
