1. You don’t owe anyone
You don’t owe anyone anything. Don’t be hesitant and submissive when speaking and doing things. Keep your head up and chest out, stare into the other person’s eyes, and have a frank conversation.
If someone calls you "Hello", if someone despises you, just pretend you didn't hear it.

2. Your help is very valuable

3. Be tougher

Without financial strength, what can you use to maintain your family, friendship, and love?
5. Meet your own needs
Many people are called honest people. They like to cater to others and do whatever others say. You must abandon the humbleness in your bones. When you have this idea, you must first ask yourself, what practical benefits can you get from doing this? If there is, do it. If not, refuse decisively. It is better to let people say that you have a bad temper than to be said that you are particularly obedient.
6. You need to learn to express your own opinions
Many times, your silence will definitely lead to others ignoring you. Others will think you are unimportant, and naturally, over time, others will not listen to you. You need to put forward your own opinions and views based on your own experience, and you must be a thoughtful person.
