This article is not for people who don't have 3-5 years of experience
Today I'm writing an article based on my personal experience.
For veterans, don't operate with a light position. Operating with a light position is like a mosquito biting you. Suppose you go to a bridge and pass it for the first time. A mosquito bites you. Do you feel no pain or itch? The second time you go there, you get bitten by a venomous snake, but you still don't feel any pain. You go there again and get bitten by a venomous snake. This feeling is too stimulating, so you don't care and keep making mistakes. This is why light positions don't make you sober, and you won't change quickly because the damage to you is too light.
If you switch to heavy positions, the damage is like you have been to that bridge, and you get bitten by a venomous snake every time you go there. It hurts so much that you almost die. You feel very painful once, and you will find a way to change. If you go there again and get bitten by a venomous snake the second time, you will find a way to change completely. Then you will find a way to solve the root cause. So the only thing that can change a person is the south wall. Only your own profound experience can change. You can't understand what others teach you. It's just that the pain is deep enough to make you change quickly. You must change. If you don't feel enough pain, it's chronic suicide, which prolongs your breakthrough time.
