I am that person who has been suffering form fetal diseases for 10 years and have to go for dialysis twice a week (kidney failure). in these years face many difficulties and pains but never ask people to cut it down by begging. I just ask to Allah for my all needs and God fulfills all my needs Alhamdulillah â„ïž
Just care about your self respect and don't shake it down and sell yourself in the front of people. Be graceful, try to hardwork for desired outcomes and stay witty.
