How to invest to be SURE to WIN: (part 1)
1. NO MARGIN LOAN, NO FUTURES
Sometimes we feel very clearly the direction of the price at certain times. However, using Margin or Futures leverage will cause us to not only fail to make a profit but even lose miserably because:
_ Constant psychological insecurity when market sweeps occur, leading to mild stop loss to cut losses (after a while the price goes back as predicted), severe to burning the account.
_ Using leverage makes you greedy, hasty and impatient. But remember in trading: if you win 10 times and lose 1 time, it is very likely that you will still lose, and lose big.
In short, if you want to make money from financial investments, first quit using leverage. If you want to gamble for the feeling, go ahead.
