CoinVoice has recently learned that according to The Block, JPMorgan Chase said that the Welsh notice issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to Robinhood Crypto is unlikely to hinder the final approval of the Ethereum spot ETF.
“In our view, the Wales Notice should not pose a barrier to the SEC’s eventual approval of an Ethereum spot ETF, although approval may not come as early as this month,” JPMorgan analysts wrote in a note on Wednesday. [Original link]
