PANews reported on May 5 that according to artemis data, the number of SUI on-chain transactions surged more than 20 times to 41 million on May 3. The number of on-chain transactions on that day surpassed Solana (27.7 million). According to PANews, SUI's on-chain transaction volume then fell rapidly and has now returned to the previous average level of about 3.45 million transactions.
