Did you buy when #BTC was high? Just HODL! Never sell in loss! The price it will always go high again at some point, as new people will enter the market but you only have to be patient, sometimes you have to wait a market cycle which means more then three years. You have to learn how to manage your emotions, how you do that? Never invest more then you afford to loose, invest only the money you don't care about it.

If you are new to the market only trade on spot.

Take profit! It is really important to have a strategy even before going long into the morket. When do you go out? When it reaches ATH?! No one knows how high that might be. What do yo do then? Keep a a target before going long, tell yourself "Ok, I'll go out when I'll make x2".

Have realistic expectations: no one it is going to make x10. Keep yourself grounded!
