PancakeSwap has announced that its CAKE prediction market will be closing permanently as of May 15th at 00:00 UTC.

PancakeSwap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). It uses an automatic market maker (AMM) model that allows users to trade directly with a liquidity pool. These pools are populated by users who contribute their funds to the pool and receive liquidity provider (LP) tokens in return. Users can also earn rewards by providing liquidity or staking LP tokens. PancakeSwap's native utility token is CAKE, which can be used for staking to earn rewards, participate in sweepstakes, and vote on management decisions.
