Problems and solutions encountered by Megadrop

1. There is a balance in the web3 wallet, but it prompts that there is no balance and cannot be exchanged

Solution: Switch to other chains, then switch back to BSC, then click the check mark below, click the link wallet below (connect wallet), and the balance will appear.

2. Open Megadrop on an Android phone, click Start Now, it cannot be opened, the page is blank, and errors are reported, etc.

Solution: The customer service said to clean up the APP cache. I tried to clear the cache and reinstall the latest APP, but it didn’t work. In the end, I logged in with an Apple phone, and it was normal and opened smoothly. I used VIVO. Maybe Binance’s WEB3 does not support some Android phones well.

3. The BTC handling fee is too expensive, and the BTC transferred to Web3 is not enough

Solution: This is because the wrong chain was selected. Select the BSC chain. The default is Bitcoin, don’t use it.
