Fundraising for Shiba Inu via the TREAT token

Shiba Inu announced this major step today. The creation of layer 3 will be done thanks to a fundraising campaign which has just been closed. It raised $12 million through a sale of TREAT, one of the tokens in the Shiba ecosystem.
