Position: refers to the ratio of an investor's actual investment to the actual investment funds.
Opening a position: Buying virtual currency.
Maintaining a position: Buying virtual currency in batches, such as: buying 1 BTC first, and then buying 1 BTC.
Full position: Buying all the funds in virtual currency at once.
Reduce position: Selling some virtual currency, but not all.
Heavy position: Compared with funds and virtual currency, virtual currency accounts for a larger share.
Light position: Compared with funds and virtual currency, funds account for a larger share.
Empty position: Sell all the virtual currency in hand and convert all into funds.
Lock position: Generally refers to investors opening a new position opposite to the original position after buying and selling contracts, when the market shows a trend opposite to their own operations, also known as locking, locking orders, or even euphemistically called butterfly flying.
Stop profit: After obtaining a certain amount of income, sell the virtual currency held to keep the profit.
Stop loss: After the loss reaches a certain level, sell the virtual currency held to prevent further expansion of the loss.
Bull market: Prices continue to rise, and the outlook is optimistic.
Bear market: Prices continue to fall, and the outlook is bleak.
Bulls (long): Buyers believe that the price of the currency will rise in the future, buy the currency, and after the price rises, sell it at a high price to take profits.
Bears (short): Sellers believe that the price of the currency will fall in the future, sell part of the currency they hold (or borrow currency from the trading platform), lock the position and wait for the price to fall to a certain price to take profits, and also avoid risks.
Rebound: When the price of the currency falls, the price rebounds and adjusts due to the rapid decline.
Consolidation (horizontal): The price fluctuation is small and the currency price is stable.
Downward trend: The currency price slowly declines.
Diving (waterfall): The currency price falls rapidly and the amplitude is large.
Cut meat: After buying virtual currency, the currency price falls, and the virtual currency is sold at a loss to avoid the expansion of losses. Or after borrowing currency to short, the currency price rises, and the virtual currency is bought at a loss.
Being stuck: Expecting the price of a currency to rise, but the price falls after buying it; or expecting the price to fall, but the price rises after selling it.
Unlocking: After buying virtual currency, the price of the currency falls, causing a temporary book loss, but then the price rises and turns losses into profits.
Missing out: After selling virtual currency due to pessimism about the future market, the price of the currency rises all the way, and you fail to buy it in time, so you fail to make a profit.
Overbought: The price of the currency continues to rise to a certain height, the buyer's power is basically exhausted, and the price of the currency is about to fall.
Oversold: The price of the currency continues to fall to a certain low point, the seller's power is basically exhausted, and the price of the currency is about to rise.
Induce more: The price of the currency has been consolidating for a long time, and the possibility of falling is relatively high. Most of the shorts have sold virtual currency. Suddenly, the short side raises the price of the currency, inducing the long side to think that the price of the currency will rise, and they all buy. As a result, the short side suppresses the price of the currency, and the long side is trapped.
Induce short: After the long side buys virtual currency, it deliberately suppresses the price of the currency, so that the short side thinks that the price of the currency will fall, and they sell it out, and they fall into the trap of the long side.
