Following the resolution with Binance, CFTX seems to have shifted its attention to Bybit. With potentially fewer employees of Bybit in the US compared to Binance, CFTC has sought user information from Coinbase. The confirmation of Bybit offering services to American users may arise if an American user transfers from Bybit to Coinbase.
