In 2021, when I entered the circle, the first project I played and met some people were projects that now seem impossible to play. I admit that I was a newbie who just entered the circle and was easily deceived, but there are also some veterans in the currency circle who have fallen. What is the reason?

Listen to [Coin Circle Storm] Episode 1: Pigs must be fattened before being killed

The 21-year violent bull market gradually kicked off after the May 19 incident, after a brief period of silence for a few months. At that time, Musk was still active in the cryptocurrency circle. At this time, a community called "Harvest Grayscale" began its short life under the slogan of retail investors banding together to harvest Grayscale.

Let me first introduce this community. I didn’t know much about it at that time, but I guessed based on some information later that the community has a clear division of labor. There are coin selection groups, Twitter groups, Telegram groups, Weibo groups, etc. What they do every day is to bombard these social media with content. No matter what, they just want to make the project famous. If others don’t know about your project, how can they want to learn about it or buy it?

Does this look familiar to you? Isn't this the standard CX model? That's right, the coin circle is CX, and I still believe it to this day!

Then the first project they launched, I won’t mention the specific name, I’ll just use Axing here. I can be sure that Axing is definitely not a project made by their community, but they are said to have been doing the promotion and marketing in the Chinese area. Moreover, Axing took advantage of the popularity of the Metaverse at the time and was another blockchain game. The most important thing was that that year, Musk was very popular and his Starlink plan was very popular. Axing took advantage of the popularity of Musk’s Starlink.

Finally, don’t say that this project was a success. I don’t know how you define project success, but at least those people made a lot of money, and the project was listed, and most people in the community made money, and the Grayscale community became famous!

Next, after Axing ended, the community publicly announced that it would start promoting a second project, and then those who followed it to make money invested all the costs and profits they earned from Axing into it!

Seeing this, you should understand the subsequent result very well. The project was done by about three or four leaders of the community who found a domestic outsourcing company, and then these people took a lot of insider trading. When those people later followed the large funds to buy, they kept selling for arbitrage. Now those people should be local landlords selling houses in the United States!

Most of the people who previously cut off the Grayscale community have basically lost everything. Seeing this, I think you should also understand that this community is actually a typical pig-killing scheme. They take advantage of a project, get lucky and get promoted, pull in a bunch of people, and then start another project to wipe out all these people.

Now when we look at projects and analyze them, we will look at the contract code, the strength and background of the project party, etc. At that time, I asked those old hands in the cryptocurrency circle more than once why they were fooled. Logically, they all knew all this! In fact, the reason is very simple, because of greed, because they thought they had made a lot of money, and they could make more this time, but in the end, everything was lost.

Therefore, when playing in the cryptocurrency circle, you can be grateful for those who help you make money, but you should also always remember not to trust anyone completely. Protecting your wallet is the most important thing, keep a clear mind, and don't get carried away by greed!
