According to the relevant provisions of the "Joint Circular" and other relevant regulations, the sale of virtual asset-related products must comply with the requirements of the relevant jurisdictions, that is, virtual asset spot ETFs are prohibited from being sold to mainland Chinese investors. Legal persons or natural persons in mainland China are also not allowed to purchase Bitcoin ETFs directly or indirectly without obtaining all necessary government approvals in mainland China in advance.
