I’ll say right away that I’m not a psychologist, but like all people over 30, I’m familiar with burnout firsthand. Therefore, today I will share with you those methods that I consider effective ☝️

But first, a little about the symptoms.

If you feel that you no longer have the strength to work, that your family is doing nothing but annoying you, you don’t know what to do with yourself. You have completely run out of energy to rejoice. If your only desire is to lie still on your bed without anyone touching you, then you're probably burned out. Fatigue, anger and a feeling of powerlessness are the main symptoms of emotional burnout.

And now about the recipe for dealing with it.

✔️ Sleep. This is the first thing to do. If you need earplugs, use them. Explain to your household that now you need healthy and sound sleep. And repeat it until they hear you. Or put a lock on your door😂

✔️ Include physical activity. If you are not a sports fan, you don’t need to set yourself super-goals - even regular walking will have a beneficial effect on you. And it can be combined with the next point.

✔️ Spend more time outdoors. Everyone noticed in 2020 how life behind bars affects our condition. Set aside at least half an hour a day for a light walk. Or get off the bus two stops earlier when you get home from work.
