Another: A newly received email shows that Voyager currently has two unresolved debt relationships with creditors:

1) 3AC owes Voyager a loan of US$654 million that has not yet been repaid. After repayment, the creditor can increase the claim amount by approximately 11-15%, but the claim cycle is endless and they are heading to Mentougou.

2) FTX requires the return of the US$450 million loan it previously repaid to Voyager. It is currently in litigation. It is speculated that only half of it will be returned, which will increase the claim amount by less than 5%. It is estimated that this debt problem will be resolved in August-September.

Therefore, Voyager will maintain its debt relationship with creditors for a long time, regardless of whether the Voyager company body and platform are canceled and closed later.
