The Wells notice means the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has investigated the Uniswap exchange and plans to file a lawsuit against it. The Uniswap team stated that the products offered by the exchange do not violate laws. Uniswap also said that all Uniswap products and the Uniswap protocol are unaffected and tokens traded on secondary markets such as Uniswap are not investment contracts.

2๏ธโƒฃ TON and Oyster Labs announced a basic smartphone. Oysterworld, the flagship project of Oyster Labs, has partnered with TonUp to develop a Web3-enabled Universal Basic Smartphone specifically for Telegram's 900 million users. It features more than 600 decentralized applications (dApps) on the TON blockchain. The development aims to accelerate the adoption of mobile blockchain technology and open up new opportunities for TON ecosystem assets.

Conor Daly will be the Polkadot brand ambassador for the upcoming Indianapolis 500 race on May 26. This sponsorship will kick off a year-long collaboration between Polkadot and Daley.

Cryptocurrency wallet MetaMask has partnered with onchain project Daylight to provide a new feature that users can use to find out if they meet the criteria for token distribution within eirdrops. The feature is supported on blockchains such as Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, Zora and Polygon.

5๏ธโƒฃ The Notcoin project team announced the denomination of balances.

The conversion affected in-game currency, vouchers and the total stock of NOT tokens. The Notcoin team removed the three zeros to make the token price easier to read. The denomination applies to NOT tokens on the premarket as well.
