Binance announced which altcoin was chosen for the 52nd Launchpool project.
In an announcement published on April 12, it announced that it has selected Ethereum (ETH)-based layer-1 blockchain Omni Network (OMNI) as its 52nd Launchpool project.
Binance announced that it will list the new altcoin OMNI with the "seed tag" on April 17 at 15:00 CET with trading pairs OMNI/BTC, OMNI/USDT, OMNI/BNB, OMNI/FDUSD and OMNI/TRY.
According to the information provided, Launchpool users will be able to farm for 4 days starting from April 13. Users who want to earn OMNI will need to stake BNB or FDUSD.
Omni Network's total supply is 100 million, 3.5 million of this amount will be distributed as rewards on Launchpool. Additionally, 10,391,492 million OMNIs will be released to the market first. There will be 2 different pools in the reward program; 80% of the reward will be distributed in the BNB pool and 20% in the FDUSD pool.
2.975 million OMNI shares were allocated to users staking BNB and 525 thousand OMNI shares to users staking FDUSD.
