What is Omni Network (OMNI)?

Omni Network is a Layer 1 blockchain that allows developers to easily build DApps on Layer 2 while still achieving the security of Ethereum.

OMNI leverages the Cosmos SDK and EigenLayer infrastructure to facilitate fast connectivity and increased security between Layer 2.

Omni Network optimizes integration, allowing any existing VM rollup, programming language, and data architecture to be easily interoperable. Thanks to this, applications can participate in the Omni Network ecosystem without changing existing smart contracts.

What is OMNI token used for?

OMNI is the original token of Omni Network, playing an important role in the network's ecosystem, specifically as follows:

+ Transaction fees: OMNI is used to pay transaction fees on Omni EVM.

+ Network governance: OMNI holders have the right to participate in important governance decisions, including: protocol upgrades; develop new features for developers; future direction of the network.

+ Staking: Users can participate in OMNI staking to receive rewards.

+ Airdrop: 3% of the total OMNI token supply will be distributed for free to users participating in the testnet.

Binance users can lock BNB, FDUSD to farm OMNI starting from 07:00 AM on April 13, 2024 (Vietnam time) and ending in 4 days.

Binance will then list OMNI at 7:00 p.m. on April 17, 2024 (Vietnam time). And open trading with the trading pairs OMNI/BTC, OMNI/USDT, OMNI/BNB, OMNI/FDUSD and OMNI/TRY.
