Montenegrin court once again approved the extradition of Do Kwon, and the decision on extradition is made by the Minister of Justice

On April 11, the Montenegrin Court of Montenegro approved the extradition of Do Kwon, the core figure of the cryptocurrency "Terra·Luna" collapse. Previously, the Supreme Court of Montenegro invalidated the decision to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea, and the extradition procedure returned to the starting point and started again. At present, the final decision is left to the Minister of Justice. Considering the position previously expressed by the Minister of Justice, the possibility of Do Kwon being extradited to the United States has increased. The High Court of Podgorica, Montenegro, approved the extradition permit for Do Kwon based on the legal requirements that have been met, allowing him to be extradited to South Korea or the United States. The final decision will be made by Minister of Justice Andrija Milović. Do Kwon's appeal process has not yet ended, but given that Minister Milović has publicly expressed his hope that Do Kwon will be extradited to the United States on many occasions, the possibility of Do Kwon being extradited to the United States is increasing. Do Kwon can appeal within three days of receiving the translated verdict from the Podgorica High Court, and the status of his appeal has not yet been made public.
