DFinity has launched its Web3 acceleration platform, Olympus, on the Internet Computer, marking a significant stride towards a decentralized digital ecosystem. The Olympus Acceleration Platform, the first to operate fully on-chain, is equipped with $15 million in funding and a robust mentorship program. It aims to democratize access to resources and opportunities in the Web3 space.
The platform's unique "Open Stake" model allows for permissionless ecosystem inclusivity, encouraging unlimited integrations and equal opportunities for all participants. Olympus also features a "trustless perpetual loop" for on-chain verification of key project metrics, ensuring transparency and credibility.
DFinity plans to transition Olympus into a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) by year-end, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability and independence from traditional funding models. The platform also supports multichain integration, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, broadening its reach and impact on the Web3 landscape.
