Late yesterday afternoon, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson explained that she would prefer the SEC and Binance to reach an agreement on their own rather than have her rule on the SEC’s motion for a temporary restraining order, which initially sought to freeze all of Binance’s assets in the U.S. assets.
