📈 What do they buy 🛒
Firstly, and most importantly, smart money continues to deploy capital. The share of stables in the balance of monitored wallets has dropped to April 2022 levels.
📊 Secondly, they seem to follow Taleb’s barbell and buy mainly either BTC and ETH (including liquid staking derivatives) or memcoins. Of the second category, Psyop, RFD, MRF and BIAO had the largest capital inflows for the month. And the latest movements are PEPE and HarryPotterObamaSonic10Inu. Tokens of “real projects” are purchased very selectively, among them are MKR, CAKE, 0X, LBR and USH.
🚒 Narratives that prevent the market from completely dying
• Still memcoins led by PEPE.
• LSD and LSDFi, including new players like the already mentioned LBR and USH.
• Trading instruments, in particular the UNIBOT TG bot token. They are gaining popularity because they provide an interface that is more familiar to the mass user and some additional functions.
• Lowcaps on Arbitrum - recent examples include the recently launched GHA, WAR and CHOKE (though only the latter can boast of an up only chart).
🚀 The main optimistic conclusion of the analysis is that we are at or near the bottom, then only upward (many indicators say the same thing). And everything will be fine at the bull run, it will come soon, you just have to wait.
