Odaily Planet Daily News GK8, a cryptocurrency custody company acquired by Galaxy Digital more than a year ago, launched the Tokenization Wizard platform. The platform builds blockchain-based versions of real-world assets and securely manages stablecoins and various Web3 applications. GK8 co-founder and CEO Lior Lamesh said that GK8’s Tokenization Wizard engine follows the principle of self-hosting. This is in stark contrast to the managed custody services offered by Coinbase and many other major cryptocurrency custody providers. Additionally, GK8 offers its own patented cold storage technology that only creates, signs and sends messages to the blockchain in the form of outputs, thus avoiding any connection to the internet.
