In November 2012, Bitcoin $BTC underwent its first halving, with its value being US$12. The following year, in November 2013, the price jumped to US$1,146, marking an impressive 95-fold increase.
The second halving occurred in July 2016, when Bitcoin $BTC was priced at US$658. The subsequent appreciation led the price to reach US$20,089 in December 2017, representing a 30-fold growth.
At the third halving, in May 2020, the price of Bitcoin $BTC was $8,800. The rise continued until November 2021, reaching US$69,000, which is equivalent to an appreciation of approximately 8 times.
