Is it more difficult to make money in the currency circle or in industry?

I recently opened a new company in partnership with someone else. I think I am a small shareholder. I did some calculations with my partners the day before yesterday. Here are the operating costs of the company:

1. Office rent, an office of more than 500 square meters in Changsha, the annual rent is 400,000 (already paid)

2. Employee wages. The company estimates that there will be about 60 employees, each with a salary of 3.5k-30k. The salary is expected to be 2.6 million a year.

3. Staff dormitories, 2 people per room, a dormitory costs 3,000 yuan per month, can accommodate 6 people, and it is estimated that 10 dormitories will cost 360,000 yuan/year.

4. The deposit paid by the company to the upstream platform company is about 1.5 million (refundable)

5. Company business reception, employee team building, customer team building, about 60-80w a year.

6. Office furniture and computers 30w. (one-time use)

That's probably it! If it operates normally, the company will probably earn 800-1000w this year. How much is left after excluding costs?

What we need to face is:

1. Employees try their best to catch fish. Executives need equity dividend incentives.

2. Pressure from peers and competitors.

3. Uncertainty of the technical team.

I have been in business for several years, and have opened and closed companies. At most, my dividends are only a few hundred thousand a year. When the market is not good, I sell my house to pay off the company's debts. Generally speaking, I feel that currency trading is a relatively free profession. You can travel at will as long as there is a signal. At best, you will make a profit without going into debt.

friends? What do you think?

I no longer want to start a company after speculating in currencies.
