One of the most common mistakes NEW TRADERS make is putting their money, or even their entire savings, into a crypto BULL RUN. This excitement often stems from the first profits seen, leading to the belief that the market will continue its upward momentum.
Additionally, scammers promoting investments in memecoins act in a detrimental manner, exposing newbies to unwise decisions.
For example, a friend of mine invested a significant amount in Student Coin ($STC) at the peak of the market rally, only to lose it all when the market fell.
It is essential to understand that a bullish period is not conducive to LONG-TERM INVESTMENTS; on the contrary, it offers an opportunity for TRADING and making PROFITS.
Investing during a bullish period considerably increases the risk of loss of your CAPITAL.
It is wise to consider investing when market sentiment is LOW, rather than during periods of heightened optimism.
