Bitcoin is legal tender in El Salvador as of 2021. This means that the people of El Salvador will be able to use Bitcoin for trade. Shops also have to provide customers with a way of paying with Bitcoin. El Salvador will still be using US dollars, though, so their citizens can choose.đŻđŻ
