The Enterprise Node Operators (ENO) program launched just over a month ago is already a success.
The initiative, in partnership with the NEAR Foundation, is designed to incorporate top-level institutions and companies, thus contributing to the growth, security and decentralization of the NEAR community.
The ENO program represents a concerted effort to establish a robust institutional network within the NEAR ecosystem. Participants in the program are expected to play a critical role in areas such as marketing, community building, and financial support.
Meta Pool, known for its liquid staking solutions on the NEAR platform, will oversee the operational aspects of the program. This includes the management of a substantial pool of 5,000,000 $NEAR tokens allocated for staking activities by Enterprise Node Operators.
The current list of ENOs includes notable names such as North Stake, Colossus, Luga Nodes, and Sensei Node, among others. These entities are committed to advancing the reach and capabilities of the NEAR ecosystem.
The launch of the ENO program marks the institutional support of Meta Pool and NEAR with the aim of fostering institutional interaction. In addition to growth, the program wants to forge international networks and promote progress in the decentralization environment. Meta Pool is the only one of its kind in the blockchain community and proposes its original and innovative staking tokenization method.
Meta Pool is a decentralized finance platform that allows NEAR token holders to lock them and earn more returns from them without committing their assets.
The platform issues a liquid staking token known as stNEAR to achieve this, allowing users to participate in other DeFi projects based on their holdings; Meta Pool's vision goes beyond providing liquidity with its platform, it also seeks to stabilize the NEAR network and make it more secure.
