The Swiss-registered non-profit organization Ethereum Foundation allegedly received a confidential request from an unnamed “government body.”
🤔The code on the site was changed, which led to the removal of the disclaimer with the following information:
“No agency has ever contacted the Ethereum Foundation in a manner that required non-disclosure of the contact. The Ethereum Foundation will publicly disclose any government requests outside of normal business operations.”
