CATASTROPHIC LAUNCH FOR MEMECOIN SLERF ON SOLANA
On March 17, in parallel with the presales meta on Solana, the SLERF token appeared on the social network X. Thus, a publication accompanied by a Solana address announced the launch of the presale of the token.
The project account announces the closing of the fundraising. Thus, the project managed to raise the astronomical sum of 10 million dollars in just a few hours.
Subsequently, the token was to be launched on the various decentralized Solana exchanges on Monday March 18.
Unfortunately, nothing went as planned. The project publishes a first tweet which does not bode well.
A second tweet clarifies the situation, to the great despair of users who participated in the presale.
The airdrop tokens flew away in a mishandling on the part of the developer which destroyed them forever. As a result, none of the users who participated in the presale will obtain the tokens that were promised to them.
According to the developer's explanations, he used the Sol-incinerator tool, which allows you to clean your wallet of token dust. This is where he accidentally burned all of the tokens intended for the airdrop.
THE MEMECOIN EXPLODES IN THE CHALLENGE
A portion of the tokens had already been added to the liquidity pool and available for trading.
To everyone's surprise, Solana's people began to massively trade the token. So much so that it reached a market cap of $670 million.
As if that wasn't enough, some exchanges such as ByBit have hinted that it will list the token. A crazy story like we only see in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Solana recently recorded a new marketcap ATH. Thus, the SOL has passed the mark of 81 billion capitalizations. However, the price of the token has not yet reached its previous ATH.$SOL
