Standard Chartered Bank has revised its Bitcoin price forecasts, presenting a notably more bullish perspective.

The bank now expects Bitcoin's value to soar to $150,000 by the year's end, marking a 50% increase from its previous projection of $100,000. Additionally, it envisions Bitcoin reaching a pinnacle of $250,000 by 2025, before stabilizing at $200,000.

This optimistic adjustment is partly attributed to a comparative analysis of Bitcoin's market trajectory with that of gold, particularly post the introduction of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States.

The bank's parallel between Bitcoin and gold holds significant weight. It implies that the influence of ETFs on Bitcoin could mimic their impact on the gold market. Standard Chartered speculates that if ETF investments surge to approximately $75 billion or if central banks initiate Bitcoin acquisitions, Bitcoin's valuation could surpass even the projected $250,000 mark by 2025.
