This altcoin season won't be driven by Bitcoin price!
Most of altcoins might not break it's previous ATH!
Why is that?
First of all, Bitcoin ETF money won't flow into altcoins, it just can't. They will sell Bitcoin into USDT and claim profits.
Secondly, look at altcoin's marketcap. During years there have been vestings, prizes and other things that incease inflation. The more coins the less probability that there is significal gain.
