First we need to prepare two wallets

2. Across TIA in Hyperlane
First, we open Hyperlane to connect to the Cosmos wallet Keplr
Then connect to Evm wallet OKX/Metamask
Select Arb chain on the right and enter the number of TIAs to cross.
