Concerning Facts: 

1. The site purports to be the “WORLDS NO.1 DECENTERLIZED platform, launching a powerfull program one by one” with a vision to “make a extra ordinary life of all members with own Rules, Regulations & Laws”.

2. They claim to be verified by Binance/Meta/Certik etc.

3. The site links are broken/non functional. 

Red Flags:

1. The site requires you first purchase a starting package($5-$6145).

2. They claim to provide a referral bonus of 50% to you and your upline and require you to build a team and a matrix of referrals. 

3. They also claim any global entry could come under your downline as a referral and you could earn income. 

4. They also claim that you get level bonuses and they provide upto 40% as a level bonus. 

5. They further require you to buy/upgrade additional slots to gain more income. 

6. They also have packages named millionaire/billionaire/trillionaire and they claim to provide royalty NFT tags with income. 

This has all the hallmarks of a scam promising very high returns but never actually providing any. Income generation is via new members and the scheme will fall flat as soon as incoming members dry up.
