Speculation (simple hoarding of ram); from the long-term trend, the proportion of rigid needs will become larger and larger, and the total amount of ram is constant. It becomes a scarce resource like land. In particular, Inscription will have many projects in the future, and RAM will be consumed very quickly, so the price of RAM will also appreciate quickly. This has basically no correlation with the price of EOS.
