Should I spend more capital to buy StarkNet $STRK?

Recently I received a question: "Should I spend more capital to hold STRK?" Because from the time it was listed until now, STRK has not had any pump.

However, for me, I DO NOT SPEND MORE CAPITAL to hold StarkNet (STRK) because I divide the capital into segments. As for StarkNet, I classify it as Layer 2, similar to Optimism and Arbitrum.

Therefore, if I determine that StarkNet is at a potential price range to hold long (in my opinion, about $1.5), I will cut down on Optimism and Arbitrum's investment to reserve for StarkNet.

In the future, if this Layer 2 array has more good projects such as zkSync, Base (Coinbase), Linea (ConsenSys), then I will continue to cut down parts of Optimism and Arbitrum to move on.

Only when I determine that the Layer 2 segment has great potential and can attract the cash flow of other Layer 1s will I transfer capital from the L1 segment or another segment to Layer 2.

Why don't I spend more capital at this time?

- The market has increased over the past year. Big sharks holding BTC also do not spend more money to buy, they only trade to optimize the amount of BTC.

- Holding Stablecoin allows you to be more proactive in all market situations.

- Most of the projects listed at this time have very high FDV. If you need to buy with Stablecoin, then slowly wait for Sideway price.

- Optimism (OP) and Arbitrum (ARB) have increased sharply in the past round. If bullish on Layer 2, trade OP and ARB with other projects to increase the number of OP and ARB.

- In the coming time, there will still be many good projects in the Layer 2 segment such as zkSync, Base (Coinbase), Linea (ConsenSys),
