- OKX Jumpstart launches a new project GPT (QnA3.AI). Users can start staking BTC and ETH at 6:00 am UTC on February 26, 2024 in exchange for GPT tokens.
- OKX will launch Smart Layer Network (SLN) and support the SLN/USDT trading pair. SLN recharge has been opened, and SLN transactions will be opened at 16:00 on February 23, Beijing time.

- Binance Labs announces investment in Renzo to support liquidity re-hypothecation on the EigenLayer ecosystem.
- On February 22, according to BitMEX Research data, all U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs had a net outflow of $35.7 million on February 21, the first net outflow since January 25.
