2️⃣ FinCEN: The #FinCEN released a report stating that the use of cryptocurrencies in global crimes related to human trafficking and child sexual exploitation increased in the years 2020-2021. 🌐

3️⃣ Justice: The U.S. Attorney's Office filed a lawsuit against Adam Collin Todd, the CEO of the bitcoin exchange Digitex, for the absence of an "adequate" AML/KYC program on the platform. According to authorities, the accused intentionally caused Digitex Futures to violate the Bank Secrecy Act by failing to establish and implement an anti-money laundering system. ⚖️

4️⃣ hayden.eth: Hayden Adams, the creator of the #Uniswap DEX, revealed a new vector of attacks on cryptocurrency users using the Ethereum Name Service (ENS). 🔒

5️⃣ CertiK: On the night of February 14, hackers attacked the Duelbits cryptocurrency #casino and withdrew $4.6 million by compromising the private key. According to researchers, the malicious actors withdrew assets stored on the platform, converted them to ETH, and sent them to another address. 💻
