Metablox’s WiFi OpenRoaming network leverages the latest blockchain and telecommunications technologies to create a seamless, decentralized WiFi experience that protects user data while enabling automated roaming between global networks.
The current project has been developed for two years. The main team members are located in Canada. The seed round was led by Synergis, a well-known North American institution.

Metablox is based on native Web3 technologies such as DID (Decentralized Identification) and VC (Verifiable Credentials), which allows users to access different WiFis without repeatedly logging in and reconnecting.
It feels like an enhanced version of the Web3 universal WIFI tool, but this one connects the WIFI to others for access, and then rewards the user.
