According to Foresight News and CoinGape, Ripple's lawyers wrote to US Judge Sarah Netburn, requesting that the deadline for submitting supplementary materials be extended by one week from February 12 to February 20. Ripple's lawyers said the reason was that the requirements were too cumbersome.

 

Foresight News reported yesterday that a US judge required Ripple Labs to hand over historical financial statements from 2022 to 2023 to meet the requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
