As always the SEC continues to delay a decision on Invesco & Galaxy's Ethereum Spot Etf proposal. The next closest date, March 5, is Fidelity's application and in the days after that, I think it will continue to be delayed. The important date will be May 23, which will be the last day for the SEC to make a decision on Vaneck's proposal.
And if Vaneck is approved, then similar to Bitcoin Spot Etf, all Ethereum Spot Etf applications will be approved.
