Golden Finance reported that Lido announced that its Lido x Obol Simple DVT testnet has officially ended. The entire Lido x Obol validator set exceeded all minimum requirements for entering the mainnet. This is the third testnet that allows node operators to run validators using the Lido protocol and Obol's DVT solution, following the first testnet in 2022 and the second testnet in 2023. It is also the first DVT testnet for the staking protocol deployed by the Holesky testnet.
According to the announcement, the next Simple DVT testnet round is expected to begin in late March or early April, with the requirement for participation being provable experience running an Obol node or SSV operator.
